Martina is currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Engagement at EDGE Funders Alliance in Brussels. With over seven years of experience in the non-profit sector, she focuses on strategy development and advocating for radical shifts in philanthropy. Martina is committed to promoting systemic justice through decentralized leadership and participatory community-led approaches. Her background includes an MSc in Violence, Conflict, and Development from SOAS University of London and a BA in International Relations and Human Rights Law from the University of Social Science of Padua.
